The Purpose of modifying this giant was never for competitive racing. but built for just display & exhibition. Bigfoot 20 was the first electric monster truck display at the SEMA show in Las Vegas.

The original Bigfoot 1 started as a modified 1974 Ford F-250 pickup truck to test new parts for Bob Chandler’s four-wheel-drive shop in Missouri. The modifications eventually led to the 1981 first-ever public car crush, which launched the monster truck phenomenon.
